NBA Pre-Draft Workouts 2023 - One Motive Sports

Two small video excerpts of some of the day-to-day workouts during 8 weeks of preparation for NBA Pre-Draft Workout and Mini-Camp season. Players included in these videos include: Trey Jemison (UAB-New Orleans Pelicans), Daeqwon Plowden (Bowling Green-Orlando Magic), Dexter Dennis (Texas A&M-Dallas Mavericks), Angelo Allegri (Eastern Washington-Charlotte Hornets), Jaren Holmes (Iowa State - European Pro), Lukas Milner (Boise State-European Pro), Sam Iorio (Niagara-European Pro). The collective group participated in 40+ NBA workouts and 2 NBA Mini-Camp invites. Some of the everyday focuses included: decision-making, play off both feet, weak-hand development, shot preparation, form shooting, and off-ball movement.

Position group workouts throughout the weekly schedule to keep players sharp with the ball handling, passing, touch around the rim, shooting form, and shot preparation. Each position group workout lasts 20-25 minutes and includes a film component. Players in this video include Stanley Davis (Rookie | Morgan State), Dylan Smith (Rookie | University of Arizona), Gerard Tarin (3rd Year | GLeague), and more.

2019 MSHTV Camp Workout

In the gym with Cam Barnes of Duncanville HS (TX) as he entered his freshman season. Cam is now playing for Chris Beard at Ole Miss where he looks to continue his build on his God-given talents and size.
